Description:
Twice a day we hand-milk our small herd of Nubian dairy goats and use their alkaline milk to make several different goat milk products. Michael makes our artisan chevre and I make goat milk soap and goat milk caramel sauce. The soap and caramel sauce are available at the market at our French Market. Because we're not a licensed dairy our milk and cheese are not for sale, however we do sell the fabulous goat cheese and gelato from our good friends at Crow's Dairy.
Some of the best fresh farm house eggs are produced from our flock of hens and when the girls aren't on strike from the heat, eggs are also available at our market store.
Besides selling our produce, our farm holds different Farm Events and Classes to help you become successful with your back yard chickens, growing food and reclaiming the home arts.
