- 2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 Large Cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 2 Green Peppers, diced
- 1 Small Onion
- 4 Slices Italian Bread Toasted and cut into cubes
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp. Minced Fresh Oregano
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and bread. In a cup, combine the lemon juice, oil, oregano, and garlic. Pour over the tomatoes mixture and toss to mix well. Sprinkle with the feta.
