- 6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Medium Naval Orange, Peeled and Sectioned
- 1 Small Head Chicory
- 2 Large Avocados, 1 Peeled and seeded and Cut in Half
- 1 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add oranges and toss mix. Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 individual serving plates. Spoon the oranges over the lettuce, reserving the dressing and garnish with cilantro. Serve right away or chill briefly. makes 4 servings.
