- Green Bean and Corn Saute

- 3 T. Butter
- 1 lb. green beans- ends trimmed and cut into thirds
- 2 ears of corn- kernels removed
- 2 cloves garlic- minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. walnuts- chopped
- 1/4 bunch of parsley- chopped
- 3 oz Crow's Dairy Herb Chevre
- Directions
- In a large saute pan melt butter over medium heat. Add green beans, corn, garlic and salt. Saute for 8-10 minutes green beans should be tender but not limp. Stir in walnuts and parsley and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Crumble chevre and stir in. Serve immediately.
