- Grilled Corn on the Cob with Lemon

- 6 unhusked whole corn ears
- 3 tbsp soft margarine
- grated peel of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- Directions
- Carefully pull back husks and remove silk from each ear of corn. Rinse well in cold water. In a small bowl, beat margarine, lemon peel, and juice well. Stir in dill. Place each ear of corn on a long piece of aluminum foil; brush corn with 1/6 of margarine mixture. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace husks around corn, individually wrap each securely with foil. barbecue for 25 to 35 minutes. Remove foil and cut off husks to serve. Makes 6 servings.
