- Lemon Turkey Breast

- 1 (5-lb.) bone-in turkey breast, cut in half and skin removed, partially frozen in center
- 1 med. sized lemon, halved
- 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Directions
- Place turkey, meaty side up, in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Squeeze half a lemon over turkey. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and garlic salt. Place lemon halves under turkey. Cover. Cook on low 5 to 7 hours. Remove turkey. Discard lemons. Allow turkey to rest 12 minutes before slicing.
