- 1 lb Medjool Dates
- 2 ounces cream cheese (vegan if desired), softened
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 20 pecan halves
- Directions
- Make sure that all of the dates are pitted. Mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined. Stuff the dates with the cream cheese and the pecans, one in each date. Serve and enjoy!
