Tessa Sweet Potatoes
  • 8 medium sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
  • 1 stick butter, cut up
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, broken
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Directions
Add stick of butter, sugar, orange juice, bourbon, and 1/2 cup pecans to cooked and mashed sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Topping: Add corn flakes, 1 cup of pecans, 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar to the top of potatoe mixture. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
