Veggie Stir Fry
In a large pan or wok heat both oils. Add in garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add in onions, carrots and celery. Saute for 3 minutes. Add in mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper and peas. Season with salt and both peppers. Saute for 4 minutes. Add in chard, cabbage and soy sauce. Saute just until greens are wilted. Serve immediately.
*Add chicken or beef if desired.
