- Lemon Tarragon Chicken

- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 med to lg lemons
- 1 Tsp Tarragon
- Freashly ground black pepper
- Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. remove excess fat from halved chicken breasts. Place each chicken breast half in the center of a 12-inch square piece of tin foil. Fold the sides of the foil up so the lemon juice will stay in. Halve the lemons and squeeze the juice of each lemon half over each chicken breast half. Sprinkle each breast with 1/4 teaspoon of the tarragon and freshly ground black pepper to taste. fold the foil together and seal well. Place the foil packages in a shallow baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes. serves 4.
