- Chopped Medjool Date Salad

- 8 oz mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- 4 oz crumbled feta, blue or goat cheese
- 8 oz fresh Medjool dates
- Vinaigrette dressing (we like raspberry)
- Fresh ground pepper
- Directions
- Remove pits from Medjool dates and cut into quarters. Then cut each one more time to yield 8 "cubes" per date. Combine dates with greens, cheese and vinaigrette and toss. Add fresh ground pepper to taste and serve immediately.

French Bread Pot
Cut cream cheese into small squares. Place all ingredients except bread in bowl and cream. Cut ¼ off top of bread loaf for lid; pull ¾ portion from center out to make dippers and hollow loaf. Pour cheese mixture into hollow center of loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 ½ hours or until cheese mix is steaming. Toast bread pieces to use as dippers, and serve on tray with stuffed loaf.
