- 6 Large Potatoes, peeled, sliced, and boiled
- 2 Cups Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- Directions
- Layer potatoes, ham and shredded cheddar cheese. Usually 3 layers in casserole dish; top with cheese. Make white, peppered gravy and pour over layered mixture (optional). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through and cheese on top is melted.

Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (or as long as overnight).
Remove chops from bag, discarding marinade, and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 8 to 11 minutes total cooking time, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
